Ready to shimmy with your friends? Gather your favourite people for a fun, beginner-friendly bellydance experience! Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, planning a girls’ night, or just looking for an excuse to try something new, this party is all about movement, music, and having fun together. Led by a Cirque Academy instructor, your group will explore the foundations of bellydance, learn playful hip and body movements, practice shimmies and isolations, and discover how to bring it all together. No dance experience required—just come ready to move, laugh, and try something new! The best part? You’ll learn a short choreography together and finish by filming your very own group dance video. It’s the perfect way to celebrate your crew and create a memory you can look back on long after the party ends. Your Bellydance Party Includes: 60 minutes of beginner-friendly bellydance instruction for you and 10 friends. Travel distance is measured from 12007 Harris Rd, Pitt Meadows to your event location. Any applicable travel fee will be confirmed before your booking is finalized.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Cirque Academy Ltd. (“Cirque Academy”). A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully received and a confirmation has been issued by Cirque Academy. The Client must provide accurate information, including the event date, location, expected number of participants, age range, and any relevant accessibility or support needs. Changes to a confirmed booking must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Cirque Academy. The Client is responsible for ensuring the selected party package is appropriate for the participants' ages and group size. PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the party date and time. All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added as required. Any additional fees, including approved changes to the location, travel distance, party duration, or services requested, must be agreed upon before the additional charges are incurred. Cirque Academy reserves the right to decline or cancel an unconfirmed booking where payment has not been successfully processed, subject to applicable law. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING and REFUNDS Client cancellations More than 14 days before the party: A full refund will be issued. 7–14 days before the party: A refund of 50% of the booking price will be issued. Fewer than 7 days before the party: No refund will be issued, except where required by law. The cancellation date is determined by the date Cirque Academy receives the request. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible. These terms do not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights available to the Client under applicable law. Cancellations by Cirque Academy If Cirque Academy must cancel a party and cannot provide a suitable alternative date or arrangement acceptable to the Client, a full refund will be issued for the booking. Any refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the scheduled party. One reschedule may be permitted without an additional rescheduling fee, subject to availability and approval by Cirque Academy. Requests made fewer than 7 days before the party may be accommodated at Cirque Academy's discretion. Changes to the party details may result in additional charges. Any additional costs will be communicated to and approved by the Client before the change is confirmed.
